Bij het begin van de duik was het zicht niet al te best. Daarna werd het beter rond de 2 meter.

Lithse Ham is a dive spot with a high level of biodiversity. Because the site is directly connected to the river Maas, you can encounter a wide variety of species here. Dive at Lithse Ham around dusk to spot as much life as possible. You may see pike, pike-perch, bream, tench, chinese mitten crabs, freshwater shrimp, and flatfish. At the site, you will find the clubhouse of Duikteam Lith, where you can enter the water via a jetty. Directly in front of the jetty are most of the underwater objects, including small wrecks and pipes. To the left of the jetty, at depths between 3 and 6 meters, are find several clay walls, and further to the northwest there is a city bus.
Particulars
You can enter the water at Lithse Ham via Lithse Ham Beach or via Duikteam Lith's jetty. To use the jetty, you must have access to Duikteam Lith's premises. Walk from the car park to Lithse Ham Beach and enter the water there, when the clubhouse is closed.
Warnings
Don't jump from the jetty at Lithse Ham. It's not deep enough! Beware of pleasure boats. Beware of fishing gear. Take notice of opening hours if you want to use the jetty and filling station of Duikteam Lith.
