Er ligt veel puin en ijzer in de plas. Een rondje is dan moeilijk te doen. Wel snoek, snoekbaars, paling en wolhandkrab gezien.

Het zicht was constant slecht. De watertemperatuur was ook constant: 21 graden. Wolhandkrabben, een paling en jonge snoekbaarzen gezien.

Interessante duik. 3 bootwrakken gespot en veel visjes. Mede duikers nog een 4de wrak gezien. Zicht rond 1m. Veel puin.

Donkere plas en weinig zicht. Maximaal 1.5 meter. Vanaf de steiger in en uitstap gemaakt andere plekken waren dichtbegroeid met riet.

Easy dive site

Nieuwe Meer Mercure is a fun dive site with several interesting biotopes. Dive along the overgrown banks full of schools of juvenile fish on the east side, look for the two wrecks close to the entry points or explore the large, overgrown dump sites on the south. Bass, pike and crabs thrive between the debris. The two boat wrecks are between 4 and 6 meters. The eastern wreck is a sailboat, the western wreck is a wooden boat. FlyboardWorld is rarely active but pay attention anyway.

Particulars

Nieuwe Meer Mercure has four entry points. The bowl on the west side is the easiest. Use the more eastern entry points to quickly reach the two boat wrecks and the more densely vegetated east bank.
