Het zicht dieper dan 11 meter was niet goed. We hebben weinig leven gezien wel waterplanten. In het najaar toch nog een keer hier duiken.

Al 6 jaar niet geweest... toen niets, nu nog steeds niets. Eén grote modderpoel... wel aparte planten onder water... en 2 baarsjes. Bagger!

Nice dive with Leon. 6 mtr 14 grdn, 2-4 m 20grdn. 2-3mtr on 2-3 mtr no life on the left side to half.

Close to the entrance and under the -5m very poor visibility, eventually followed by the banks of the river -2 to -4m. A beautiful dive of 87 minutes was delivered.

Not possible to park a car on the waterfront because of concrete blocks, put by car on clinker road. Plas OK, bad of bad sight.

Put van Waspik is a beautiful but small sand quarry where vision can really vary. Characterized by large clay blocks. Also typical are the fallen trees along the south and west side. They are fairy tale like (and sometimes spooky) covered with freshwater sponges and -weeds. This is also a good place to spot fish. You can see eels, carp and pike.
Particulars
The Put van Waspik can be reached by only one road. This road is sometimes closed off to prevent poaching. There are no other roads leading to the water. It’s a deep quarry. The deepest point is 19 meters, slightly to the right of the center.
Warnings
At depth, the water is very cold. The Put van Waspik is a popular fishing spot, watch fishing lines.
