Bij HW met buddy gedoken. Veel anemonen en anjelieren. Helaas maar 20 tot 50cm zicht.
SCHELPHOEK DAM
Zeer goed zicht weinig stroming. Mooi begroeid. Onderwater grote karkassen van kabeljauw gevonden. Lijkt wel slachtafval.
SCHELPHOEK DAM
Eerste maal op deze plaats. Goed zicht, het wandelen was te doen. Maar 1 trap voorzien.
SCHELPHOEK DAM
What a bit of walking too, Then difficult to get in at the LW turnaround, but underwater fun, a lot of crumbling stars, but also sea glides.

Nederland, Zeeland
Schelphoek Dam is definitely worth the effort. However, as with many dive sites in Zeeland, you have to walk far to get there. Fortunately, once you are in the water, you do not have to swim far to get at depth. Please note that Schelphoek Dam is close to the Oosterscheldekering, so expect a strong currents and a short reversal.
Particulars
Schelphoek Dam can be reached by following the Boogerdweg and Inlaagweg along the dive site Flauwers-Heerenkeet. There is a stair for divers at the entry point.
Warnings
Schelphoek Dan has strong currents and a short reversal. Beware of unexpected, horizontal water movements.
