The Canyon is fascinating dive site that inspires every diver. The Canyon is a deep opening in the seabed, with entrances and exits at around 18, 22 and 55 meters. Inside the canyon, depths range from 25 to more than 50 meters. The entrance to The Canyon is reached through a shallow sandy lagoon, followed by beautiful coral gardens teeming with fish. This area is called the Fish Bowl. It's home to glassfish, octopus, clownfish, moray eels and lionfish and more.
Particulars
The canyon is about one and a half kilometres from the world-famous dive site, Blue Hole. The Canyon can be reached via a shallow sandy lagoon that is no deeper than 3 meters. Swim through the lagoon and exit on the other side. You have now reached the coral gardens that lead to The Canyon. Follow the bottom until you see a long crack in the seabed. You have reached the entrance to The Canyon.

Always dive with a guide at The Canyon. Sometimes unexpectedly strong currents. Advanced divers only.
