Playa Mansalina is a nice quiet beach at manor San Juan. The bottom slopes gently down and as you go deeper you will see more and more corals. Among the corals you can find lobsters. You also see a lot of lionfish, moray eels and angelfish. The bay is sheltered and there is little current. It's best to swim out to the drop off and descend there.
The reef consists mainly of hard corals, some with mushroom-like shapes.
Be aware of the Mansalina trees, which this beach was named after. The fruits are poisonous. When it rains and the drops of water fall on your skin irritation can occur.
