Na de hevige regenval van de afgelopen dagen is het zicht wederom minder geworden. Zelfs op diepte was het mistig. Veel baarsjes, snoekjes.

Instap “Witte Brug”. Lekker rustig op vrijdagochtend. Prima zicht en onder de thermocline uitstekend. Veel kleine en enkele grote baarzen.

The Kraaijenberg plas 8, also called Witte Brug (White Bridge) is a very clear dive site with lots of fish and vegetation. Special about this lake is its depth. You can reach a depth of 37 meters. At 8.5 meters there is a rope along which you can make the descent. Dive in a northerly direction to get to the most beautiful diving area. You spot crayfish and large schools of small fish in the green.
Particulars
The Kraaijenbergse plas 8 has two entry points that are located right next to each other. You reach them via a large lawn on a hill. Park on the grass, build up your set and enter the water. The bottom slopes gradually and is covered with water plants on the banks. This green zone starts about 6 meters from the shore and ends at a depth of 8 meters. Do you want to look for the deepest point of this excavation? Look for the rope. It's attached to a stone in front of one of the entry points. Look at the dive map.
Warnings
There is occasional boat traffic at Kraaijenbergse plas 8. Most boats sail on the other side of the bridge. Don't dive in close vicinity of the bridge.
