Dive site La Graule in France's Forêt-du-Temple is a former quarry with good visibility and beautiful rock walls. You can only dive here through a number of local diving schools. With dive platforms at 5, 10, 20, 33 and 40 meters, the site is an excellent practice site. There are several underwater objects in La Graule, such as a boat, two planes and a car. Species living in La Graule include pike, perch, eels, sturgeon, carp and crayfish. Book in advance. Please note opening hours.
Particulars
La Graule is located in France's Forêt-du-Temple about 30 kilometres south of Châteauroux. The site has two boarding points, equipped with jetties and stairs.
Warnings
La Graule is only open to diving clubs affiliated to the French diving federation FFESSM. Book in advance. Up to a maximum of 40 divers are admitted at any one time. Take notice of opening hours.
