Scuba diver dies at Malta, Cirkewwa

A scuba diver died on tuesday at dive site Ċirkewwa, on the island of Malta. The fifty-year-old Englishman encountered difficulties while diving and was brought to the shore. There he received first aid and was transported to the Mater Dei Hospital, where he passed away. Investigations into the cause of death are still ongoing.

Diving Malta

After the accident, the man received help from local residents. It's unclear whether it's a diving accident or whether the man became unwell in the water for other reasons. Ċirkewwa is a well-known dive site in Malta where many Dutch and Belgians dive. I's an area with several dive sites such as Suzies Pool, P29 Patrol Boat and Paradise Bay. Our sympathy goes out to family members and relatives.
