Playa Hulu, also called Boca Hula, has a beautiful reef full of healthy corals and sponges. Special inhabitants are seahorses and the illustrious frogfish. The dive site is sheltered so the current is limited. This makes it a dive site for all levels. Playa Hulu is also a popular snorkelling location.
Particulars
Playa Hulu is located on the west coast of Curacao on a beautiful, white sandy beach. The roads to this idyllic beach, however, lead over private property. Playa Hulu is therefore only accessible by boat. The bottom slopes slowly with the drop-off at a depth of 6 meters, after which it descends steeply from 15 meters to 40 meters.
