Thesen's Jetty is a dive site in the Knysna Lagoon in South Africa. The spot is best known for its seahorses. You'll come across them all over Knysna's marina. Yet you have to look carefully. The Knysna seahorse is small and particularly well camouflaged.

Thesen's Jetty can be entered from the shore. Once underwater, look for the famous Knysna seahorses under the jetty.

Warnings

There may be fishing nets at Thesen's Jetty. There is also boat traffic. You're diving in an enclosed estuary with limited tidal currents.
