Notice and Takedown Procedure

We take the protection of copyright and other intellectual property rights very seriously. If you believe that content has been posted on our website that violates upon your rights, you can notify us through a Notice and Takedown request. You may send this notification to us via email.

The notification must include at least the following information:

  • Your full name and contact details
    Provide your full name, address, phone number, and email address. If applicable, also include your business details, including your Chamber of Commerce number.
  • Description of the violating content
    Provide a clear and detailed description of the content that you believe violates your rights. Include the URL where the content is located on our website. Attach a screenshot of the specific content related to the claim.
  • Statement of ownership
    Provide a statement and provide clear evidence proving that you own the copyrights to the content in question or are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
  • Signature
    A digital or physical signature from the person authorized to submit the notification.

Processing the Notification

After receiving your notification, we will investigate it immediately and, if necessary, remove or block the violating content. We will notify you of the actions we have taken.

Note: The user who posted the content on our website has the right to submit a Counter-Notice if they believe the content was removed incorrectly. This counter-notice must be submitted within a reasonable time frame (typically 10-14 days), after which we may restore the content.
