The Echinger Weier is a popular and exceptionally clear dive site near Munich. The water of this beautiful mountain lake is constantly refreshed and purified by two underground springs. As a result, it never freezes and visibility values can easily reach 20 meters. At 8 meters, the Echinger Weier is relatively shallow, making it popular with divers of all levels. Dive over the beautifully overgrown bottom in search of the two practice platforms or the large tree trunks. Common species are pike, perch, carp and roach. Reserve in advance. Particulars
The entry point of the Echinger Weier is 500 meters from the parking lot. It's allowed to unload your gear first and then park. The water is entered from a grass bank.
