MATSCHELSEE
Duitsland
Matschelsee is in many ways a top location for sport divers. The average depth is 15 meters but you can reach depths of up to 52 meters. Except for the wreck of a rowboat and some tree trunks, you won't encounter many objects. The Matschelsee is more appreciated for its good visibility, great biodiversity and exuberant vegetation. Especially the northeast side is densely vegetated in summer time. The lake is privately owned and not always accessible. Also note opening hours.
Particulars
Lake Matschel is located near Offenberg in the borough of Baden-Württemberg. The lake has several entry points. On the south side is the most parking space. The water can be entered via grass banks or a small recreational beach.
Warnings
