The Constandis is the wreck of a trawler built in the Soviet Union in 1989 under the name Zolotets. She was registered in Cyprus in 1997 and briefly sailed in international waters in the eastern Mediterranean. Now the Constandis is part of the Underwater Sea Park Limassol. Located at a depth of 24 meters, the Constandis is safely accessible. The hatches, stairwells, mast and other parts of the interior are only accessible to wreck divers. You'll share the Constandis with schools of barracudas' sea bream and large groupers.
Particulars
The Constandis can be reached in ten minutes by boat. The ship was built in 1989 in the Soviet Union under the original name Zolotets. The Constandis was sunk in 2014 along with the Lady Thetis, off the coast of Limassol as part of the Underwater Sea Park Limassol.
Warnings
Only wreck divers can enter the Constandis. There may be pleasure boats in the vicinity of the wreck.
