The Ilsesee is a beautiful dive site near the German city of Augsburg. The site has everything you would expect from a good dive spot. From diving facilities, good visibility and a varied flora and fauna to an interesting bottom profile with gravel and sandy bottoms. In addition, you'll find beautiful canyons and steep walls. There is even a sunken village with several cottages and a church. Take note of the opening hours. Paid diving.
Particulars
The Ilsesee can be entered from a jetty with stairs. Attached to the stairs is a shallow platform where you can gear up and prepare for your dive. First register at the dive center.
