LAMINARIAS

Laminarias is a forest of kelp, off the coast of Tarfia. The green color of the leaves stand out against the white sandy bottom. Dive over and in between the kelp leaves, it is a special experience. A kelp forest at the intersection of two oceans, the Atlantic and the Mediterranean sea. You will be amazed by this remarkable ecosystem.
Particulars
Laminarias is reached by boat. The boat stops along the edge of the kelp forest. You descend using the anchor line. For quite some time you only see the blue water beneath you, until you reach 30 meters, then the distinctive kelp leaves will appear. Let this particular ecosystem amaze you and watch the fish find their way in this forest of stems and leaves.
Warnings
Laminarias can be reached via a select number of diving shools. Sometimes the current is too strong at Laminarias. If so break off your dive.
