Punta Marroqui, also known as Morocco Point, is a large diving area off the coast of Tarifa. Marine life is very diverse at this location. Punta Marroqui is home to species that live in both the Mediterranean and in the Atlantic Ocean.
Particulars
Unique in this area is the overlap of systems, creating a new ecosystem with it’s own water temperature and salinity. The exchange of species coming from two seas creates an unprecedented biodiversity. You'll spot everything from manta rays and cuttlefish to sunfish and dolphins.
