Bannerfish Bay is also called Dahab Bay, Assalah Bay and Tyre Garden. It's a great place for diving. There is no better place in Dahab if you are interested in underwater photography and marine biology. Bannerfish has several habitats. The coral is home to many marine species, such as fish and turtles and in the eelgrass you can see seahorses and pipefish.
Particulars
Bannerfish Bay is located next to the Lighthouse Point dive site and has the same entry point. Other highlights, apart from the coral and sea grass, are some car tyres and a small wreckage. Both form habitats for many small and large species such as anemones and octopuses. Manta rays and dolphins are also regularly seen at Bannerfish Bay.
