/ 1 / 7

Ras Za'atar is the rocky headland to the south of the Marsa Bareika Bay, with a spectacular landscape in the northern tip. Ras Za'atar is at its best at a depth of 10 to 15 meters. At 15 meters depth are the spectacular chimneys that you should not miss. A bit deeper at about 21 meters, is a wonderful overgrown pillar that winds along a nice vertical wall.

Particulars

Beyond the point of Marsa Bareika bay is a sandy slope with many coral pinnacles that form a beautiful coral garden.

Warnings

Be aware, around the cape, the current can be quite strong.
