Shark Observatory is a beautiful dive site on the Ras Mohammed Wall. Start your dive just past the second observation terrace. Descend to a depth of 15 to 20 meters and explore the deep blue water. Then ascend again to spot pelagic sharks and turtles at a depth of 18 meters.

Shark Observatory can be reached in about fifty minutes by boat from Sharm El Sheik. Take a good look around during your dive, there are even whale sharks spotted at this location. On your way back you will recognize the location of the observation terrace by the majestic overhang.

Watch out for boats at Shark Observatory. Use a surface buoy if needed. Check the direction of the current. Best diving at low tide.
