The Berenburgerplas is an ancient sanitary landfill, which makes this a dive site with a lot of debris. Fish thrive here, especially pike and bass. Interesting in the Berenburgerplas are the steep walls in the back of the lake, with depths varying from 10 to 18 meters. The big disadvantage of the Berenburgerplas is the varied visibility.
Particulars
The best entry point lies at the south east side of the water. Park your car on the side of the road an walk to the water. The Berenburgerplas is also a great dive spot for night diving.
Warnings
Beware of debris at Berenburgerplas, don't damage your gear.
