ERLICHSEE
Duitsland
Diving in the Erlichsee is diving along a headland or around a small peninsula. At the end of the headland catfish are spotted and the peninsula is home to small fish and carp. Both areas are accessible from a different entry point. The underwater world is beautiful and varied. Small crayfish inhabit the extensive sandy bottoms and schools of roach and pike hide among the vegetation. Everywhere are large, old trees and more at depth is a vertical drop-off, culminating in an area full of craters and walls. The Erlichsee also has a diving platform and a number of hoops. Register in advance. Take notice of opening hours. Paid diving.
Particulars
The Erlichsee has two entry points and there is a diving center nearby, with trolleys to transport your diving gear to the water. Gear up and enter the water. The headland is reached via the westernmost entry point and the peninsula via the eastern one.
Warnings
The western part of the Erlichsee is specially equipped for scuba divers. Register in advance. Take notice of opening hours. Paid diving.
