Gemini East is an ideal training site and the perfect dive site for the unexperienced diver. Gemini East and Gemini West are close to each other. Yet diving is very different. For Gemini East you need good buoyancy because the bottom is littered with sea grass and rocks. The underwater life is also completely different from the other side of these two large rocks.
Particulars
Dive from the inlet, where the boat is moored, south-east with the rocks on your right hand side. Turn northwest at the most southern point and come back. The closer you stay to Gemini during your dive, the more you can enjoy the beautiful marine life.
Warnings
Lots of pleasure boats and snorkelers. A diving flag is a must at Gemini East. You will often have to ascend and descend because of the many rocks.
