Habitat is the house reef of dive center Diversity on the Coral Estate Park on Curaçao. The reef is excellent as are the diving facilities. Diving equipment, filling stations, sinks, everything is available. Diving at Habitat is only possible if you make use of the diving centre's facilities. Paid diving.
Particulars
Habitat is easily accessible. Jump from the pier or enter the water from the beach. Swim out to the exit of the bay and then go under. You'll end up on a beautiful sandy plateau with various coral species, including brain coral and yellow finger coral. There is a rope on the bottom that is attached to the pier. This is a good landmark to find the beach.
Warnings
Diving at Habitat is only possible if you make use of the diving centre's facilities. Paid diving. The use of a surface buoy is recommended on Aruba.
