Playa Manzaliña is a nice and quiet beach at manor San Juan. The bottom slopes gently down with more and more corals in deeper water. Playa Manzaliña is home to lobsters, lionfish, moray eels and angelfish. The bay is sheltered and there is little current. It's best to swim out to the drop off before descending.
Particulars
The reef of Playa Manzaliña consists mainly of hard corals, some with mushroom-like shapes.
Warnings
Be aware of the Manzaliña trees, which this beach was named after. The fruits are poisonous. When it rains and the drops of water fall on your skin irritation can occur.
