Seldom Reef has an appropriate name because diving is seldom done here. It's a dive site for divers with a good physical condition and a lot of diving experience. This is not only because of the strong currents and high waves, which often make diving here impossible. Seldom Reef is also one of the better dive sites on Curacao for a really deep dive. The reef wall extends to a depth of 90 meters.
Particulars
Seldom Reef is located on the northwest side of Bullenbaai, where the hard currents constantly supply nutrient-rich water. This attracts large schools of mackerel, barracudas and grunts. Turtles and dolphins are also found here. Seldom Reef has a beautiful and healthy reef that is covered with corals to great depths.
Warnings
Seldom Reef is only suitable for experienced divers with a good physical condition. Pay attention to your safety limits.
