Kathy's Paradise has a remarkably healthy reef, just like all the other dive sites in this area. The coral is densely overgrown and is full of strikingly large corals and sponges. The nutrient-rich water and the fact that there is relatively little diving here, seems to do the underwater life well.

Kathy's Paradise is a boat dive site. The site is usually combined with a dive at Smokey's. Divers usually enter the water at Smokey's to end their dive at Kathy's Paradise. The current takes them past dense corals, overhangs and steep drop-offs.
Warnings
Beware of boats at Kathy's Paradise. The use of a surface buoy is mandatory on Curaçao.
