Remains one of missing Dutch divers Scharendijke recovered

Sunday evening the remains of one of the two divers, who had gone missing in Scharendijke in Holland, has been recovered. The identity of the victim has yet to be established. The search for the second victim will start on Monday morning, together with the Royal Navy.

Divers missing Scharendijke

The search, which started on Saturday at around 22.30 hours, was completed at 01.45 hours and started again on Sunday morning. Divers from the Royal Navy then searched at places that the Fire Brigade couldn't reach during their search on Saturday (deeper than 25 metres). The two divers probably made a dive on the wreck, Le Serpent. Before the dive, they had handed over their car keys to D.C. De Kabbelaar.  We wish family, friends and all those involved lots of strenght.
