Chistoffelnol is a small, remote dive site where not much diving takes place. The underwater nature is therefore 'pristine' and particularly varied. The shallow parts are the most interesting. This makes Christoffelnol ideal for snorkelers, novice divers and underwater photographers. You can get great shots of sponges, crabs, pipefish, and gobies. Look especially at the bottom of the dike foot, where anemones, oysters, crabs, shrimps, starfish and pipefish thrive.
Particulars
Christoffelnol is best reached by boat. The site is 800 metres from the car park at Den Osse Badstrand. If you do want to dive from the shore, take a wagon or trolley with a lock. There is a bench at the entry point where you can attach your cart. Then walk on top of the dike to the entry point. Enter the water near the blue house.
Warnings
At Christoffelnol, do not dive in the fairway. Dive here in spring and autumn and preferably not on weekends. Limited parking when restaurant is open. Long walking distance. Difficult entry. Bring a rope. Do not make free ascents. Use a dive flag on the s
