COFFINS PATCH
Verenigde Staten, Florida
Coffins Patch is named after a ship that transported coffins. However, there is no proof of the ship or the cargo. A coffin was never found here either. The area consists of a cluster of beautiful, unmarked reefs, where relatively little diving takes place.
Particulars
Dive over the beautiful coral of Coffins Patch. You'll see lots of species that are common to the Florida Keys. Many fish will follow you, looking for a free meal.
Warnings
Alligator Reef is a SPA location. You are not allowed to take anything from this area. The SPA (Sanctuary Preservation Area) is part of the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary.
