Deerfield Beach Ledges is a popular dive site in South Florida off the coast of Deerfield Beach. You'll dive over the sand ridges in front of Deerfield Beach in slow-flowing, warm water. It is a simple dive site that is also suitable for snorkeling and freediving. It is a large diving area that runs from the Deerfield Beach International Fishing Pier a long way along the beach in a southerly direction.

You can't enter the water of Deerfield Beach from the public beach. The entry point lies on the north side of the Tiara East apartment block. Look for a footpath that runs from the road to the beach.
Warnings
Deerfield Beach Ledges is a busy sailing area. Always use a diving flag! Do not enter the water from the public beach.
