Yellow Submarine is the home base of the nearby situated diving school of Dive Friends Bonaire. It's a fine dive site with a surprising amount of healthy hard coral. Yellow Submarine is an accessible, sheltered dive spot with almost no current, where there is a lot of practicing going on during the day. The well-lit area also makes it an excellent night diving spot.
Particulars
Park next to the Dive Friends Bonaire. There is space for four cars, but you can also park further down the street. Then enter the water next to the jetty. You first have to swim over a shallow plateau to reach the reef.
Warnings
The marine is not a threat, there is no danger in the immediate vicinity. Dive Friends' facilities are not available to everyone just like that.
