California Wreck lies no deeper than 14 meters but is nevertheless only suitable for experienced wreck divers. The wreck is located on the northeast coast of Aruba where there are often strong currents. California Wreck is an almost one hundred year old, unidentified shipwreck, surrounded by large coral formations and an abundance of coral fish. California Wreck is often confused with the Californian, the ship that picked up distress signals from the Titanic but ignored them.

California Wreck can be reached by boat. Descend to discover this extraordinary wreck. Life on the wreck is interesting, as it's teeming with marine life and if you swim along the wreck to deeper water, chances are you will see bull or hammerhead sharks.

California Wreck is only suitable for experienced wreck divers. Strong currents. The use of a surface buoy is recommended. Not to be confused with the Californian.
