Boca Catalina is a very popular snorkel and dive site on Aruba. It is also a popular recreational beach for young and old. The dive site is located in a calm bay in the area around Malmok Beach, with access to the ocean. Boca Catalina Bay has a white sandy beach and with small beach huts to protect you from the sun. Underwater you will find only good things, beautiful coral fields and the colorful fish.
Particulars
The white sandy beach of Boca Catalina can be reached by stairs that lead you from the spacious parking lot along the road to the beach. Park close to the beach and then enter the water from the beach. The bottom slowly descends towards deeper, crystal clear waters with lots of colourful marine life.
Warnings
Boca Catalina can be busy at times. Watch out for pleasure boats. The use of a surface buoy is recommended.
