Malmok Reef is a simple dive site, with crystal clear, shallow, calm water, which is very suitable for practicing, underwater photography and children. Yet there is a lot to see. Malmok is a nursery for young fish, lobsters and crabs. The perfect place to learn how to scuba dive or practice your skills. Stingrays and turtles look for food on the sandy bottom and the bank wall is covered with sea urchins, coral and feather worms.
Particulars
Malmoc has a number of places where you can easily enter the water. You can park right next to the coral-like rocky coast line. In the water you'll have to find your way between the many snorkelers to deeper water. Once under water You'll enjoy a quiet dive under calm conditions, with a lot of marine life around you.
Warnings
Malmoc Beach is regularly visited by catamarans and sailboats. The dive site can sometimes be crowded. The use of a surface buoy is recommended on Aruba.
