Korta Pe owes its name to the Spanish words for 'carved' and 'stone'. It's a nice reef dive for the Marazul Dive Resort. The guests who stay here can easily dive on this reef. Korta Pe has a sandy bottom with coral structures in beautiful large shapes, totally different from dive sites such as Mushroom Forest.
Particulars
Korta Pe is both a shore and a boat dive. However, due to the current it's recommended to dive here by boat. Beware, there is often a lot of current towards Playa Piscado.
Warnings
Watch out. Korta Pe often has a strong current towards Playa Piscado. Pleasure boating, use a buoy.
