Challenging dive site
The Eagle is an 81-metre-long freighter that sunk on 19 December 1985 near Lower Matecumbe Key, Florida. In September 1998, the wreck was split in two by Hurricane Georges. Both halves are about thirty meters apart. This allows divers to view parts of the interior without entering the wreck.
