WILLEMS REEF #
Nederland, Zeeland
Willems Reef has clear water, beautiful reef structures and a biodiversity of its own. Dive from the entry point at the little beach under the ball line towards the jetty of dive site 't Koepeltje. Halfway there are still some old sepia racks that are nicely overgrown. Along this dive route are old, nicely overgrown sepia racks and reefs of oyster patches. Species you will encounter are North Sea crabs, lobsters, sepiolas and shrimp. Don't dive too deep; you'll find most life between 3 and 7 meters. Willems Reef is also great for twilight or night diving. You will see the lobsters come out of their holes to look for food.
Particulars
Park at Willems Reef on the harbor ramp next to the small pass port at West Repart. There are some disabled parking spaces available in this parking lot. From there, walk past the barrier toward the beach where you can enter the water.
Warnings
