ADOLFOSEE
Duitsland, Nordrhein-Westfalen
Adolfosee is one of the few dive sites in Germany with freshwater jellyfish. This indicates excellent water quality. Nevertheless, the visibility, with up to 3 meters, is not exceptionally good. At the bottom of the lake are various objects including some inflated bunkers and the remains of a water bike. At different depths are training platforms. At 6 meters deep is a memorial stone for Jacques Cousteau.
Particulars
Enter the water from the stairs. Most life in the Adolfosee can be found near the shore. Look between the bank and the bottom vegetation for bass, minnows and crawfish.
Warnings
Visibility in Adolfosee can be a bit disappointing at times.
