ANCHOR REEF COMINO
Malta
Anchor Reef's is a well known dive site in the northwest of Cominotto. It's name originates from the numerous anchors that have damaged the reef along the years. The reef has 'scars' all over. Anchor Reefs consist of a spectacular wall, boulders, a drop-off and small patches of Neptune grass. It's a dive site full of massive boulders, tiny holes, small caves and beautiful overhangs. All this combined with the huge variety of marine life makes Anchor Reef an exciting dive.
Particulars
Enter the water from the boat and pay attention on your way down to the large boulders. At 35 meter you'll come across an old four pointed anchor, dating from WWII.
