Boulder Reef is an artificially developed stone reef in Middelfart in Denmark that makes a great diving location. The reef consists of 1000 tons of natural stone and extends to a depth of 20 meters. Dive between the stones that vary in size from 40 centimeters to 1.20 meters in search of marine life such as starfish, butterfish and much more.
Particulars
Boulder Reef is located between the popular Danish dive site Søbadet and the old Lillebælt Bridge. Enter the water from the shore and see how plant and marine life has developed on the reef. You'll see how different species adapt to the environment and how the biodiversity varies by depth.
Warnings
There can be pleasure boats at Boulder Reef. Use a surface buoy or a dive flag. Toilets limited open.
