BLIJKPOLDER
Nederland, Noord Holland
Blijkpolder is a fun dive site with on the bottom a big pile of stakes. As a result of quarries, the banks and meadows sagged and flooded. You can see some old trees. The stakes were sunk in order to prevent further damage to the collapsing banks. Blijkpolder is clear and full of fish. In the north side of this lake is the more famous dive site, Spiegelpolder.
Particulars
Enter the water from the stairs on the wooden quay. Check the pile of stakes, its a habitat for eels and schools of small fish.
Warnings
Not to be confused with the Spiegelpolder. The northern part of this lake is called Spiegelpolder and the part on the south is called Blijkpolder.
