Flauwers Heerenkeet is a varied dive site with a muddy bottom, an overgrown wreck and a well with a depht of 35 meters. Flatfish, shrimp, hermit crabs, sea squirts and brittle stars dominate the underwater life. The nearby restaurant 'De Heerenkeet' has a stunning view over De Oosterschelde.

Dive at Flauwers Heerenkeet in the shallow parts and preferably at high tide. The bottom consist of mud and sand. More to the northeast you'll find large basalt blocks, followed by a sloping sandy bottom.
Warnings
Diving at Flauwers Heerenkeet is possible at high and low tide. Diving at low tide however is not recommendable. Entering the water via the slippery rocks can be risky.
